I can’t believe it’s only a matter of days until Christmas. These last few weeks have flown past so quickly! I’ve been thinking a lot recently about 2019 and the things I would like to do next year, the places I’d like to visit and some of the things I’d like to achieve. I’m not usually one for goal setting but I have noted down a few things that keep popping into my head so I’ve created a short bucket list for 2019.
My Bucket List for 2019
Explore more of the UK
The Cotswolds, Yorkshire, other areas of London. The UK may seem like it’s going to hell in a handcart at the moment but it’s also a pretty gorgeous country, with rugged coastlines, pretty chocolate-box villages and stunning landscapes, it will always feature on my travel wish lists.
Keep Blogging
I’ve loved writing this blog. It’s reminded me of why I loved to write so much when I was younger. It’s given me a creative outlet that I haven’t had for years. Sometimes it’s a struggle – I’m not the most technologically-minded person so I’ve had moments where I thought my brain would burst but actually realising I’ve learnt something new has been pretty great.
Learn More
As I said, setting up this blog and creating all of the content has been a real learning process. 3 years ago I had no real interest in learning anything new or taking any sort of courses. Over the course of 2019 however I’m planning to look into some form of creative writing course and I’m definitely focusing on learning new photography skills.
Travel
It probably seems strange to add this to a bucket list but I have such a passion for travel now that the idea of not going somewhere new seems bizarre. There are so many countries in the world and the notion that I might never get to visit them seems overwhelming so I prefer to focus on the smaller details such as the specific places and experiences.
Do you have a bucket list for 2019?

I look forward to reading of how you get on with your 2019 bucket list. Let me know when you are in the Cotswolds and we can meet for a coffee!
So do I (Ha!)
Coffee would be great. Thanks Larch.
